Tenderer must have:
(a) Attested Valid Trade Licence, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, and BIN certificate.
(b) Financial Solvency Certificate from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh indicating Credit Limit from the Tenderer’s Bank.
(c) Suppliers other than Manufacturer must submit authorization agreement from the genuinePilfer Proof AluminiumCap Manufacturer.
(d) Only Printed Corrugated Carton Manufacturer are submit the Carton's Tender.
Special instruction to the tenderers:
(a) Carew & Co. (BD) Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders or part thereof without assigning any reason.
(b) Other terms & conditions shall be applicable as per tender documents and Public Procurement Rules-2008.
(c) In case of any unavoidable circumstances if the office remains closed on the last date of tender submission and opening, the tender shall be submitted and opened on the next working days within the same time.
(d) Tenderer shall collect CD (detailing the specification) at the time of buying tender documents.
(e) Tender(s) may be hand delivered, posted by registered mail, or sent by courier, and ensure receive the tender by the officials above on or before the closing time for submission
