INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(i) The Tenderer shall have at least 07(Seven) years overall business experience.
(ii) Tenderer shall have to submit Agency/Distributorship certificate/authorization letter for supplying spare parts currently issued from internationally reputed McQuay/Daikin Chiller Manufacturer.
(iii) Tenderer shall have experience in at least one maintaining & operating contract completed over a continuous period of 02(two) years each for HVAC system of at least 2 ×200 TR capacity with modern control system.
(iv) Tenderer shall capable for arrangement of supplying spare parts of McQuay/Daikin brand Chillers. In this regard, Tenderers are requested to visit the site to collect data of Chillers (Model, control system etc) for preparing spare parts list and submission of tender tender document.
(v) The tender shall meet all other criteria, terms of conditions as specified in tender document. |
