| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• The maximum 2 (two) number of arbitrations against the Tenderer over a period of the last five (5) years.
• The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 7 (Seven) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
• The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2 (two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least USD 1,40,000 (One lac forty thousand).
• The minimum supply capacity of seismic drilling machines is: 38 Nos per year.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is USD 2,35,000 (Two Lac thirty five thousand).
• Except all countries which does not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
• Local Tenderers are not eligible for this tender
