INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The Tenderer must have to Submit Up to date Trade License.
2. The Tenderer must have up to date Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN number.
3. The Tenderer must have a Valid VAT Registration/13 Digit BIN Certificate.
4. The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
5. The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in supply of similar Goods(internationally reputed brand PC/ Laptop/ Laser Printer/ scanner/ UPSin govt./semi govt/autonomous organization/ Financial organization)and services of under maximum02(two) contract (s) successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 10,00,00,000/= (Ten Core) Only.
6. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of the tenderer or its manufacturers are 1,000 (One Thousand) brand PC/ Laptop/ Laser Printer/ scanner/ UPS per year.
7. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10,00,00,000/= (TenCore) only,
8. Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
9. Original Catalogue must be submitted by the bidder as per Technical Specification.
10. The Tenderer has to submit the last 3 years audit report.
11. In the case of a Limited Company Tenderer must have to submit Certificate in Corporation.
12. Experience certificate for providing general experience. Experience certificate along with Letter of Acceptance/work order of performing similar service for proving specific experience.
13. Bidders ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Certificate.
14. Direct Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter from OEM: Direct Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter from OEM Must be Submitted with the tender for all items(Only Direct Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter from OEMwill be accepted; local authorization will be not accepted)
15. Manufacturer must have ISO Certificate
16. Tenderer Must have Own Service Center in the Division area with Full details of the service center list.
17. The tenderer should have the capacity of after-sales service in all branches of Palli Sanchay Bank which are located in Upazilla & district area and the tenderer should have after-sales service through its own branches or approval dealer at least for next 3 years of all types of spare parts and should have at least one regional active office in each division. Also, The tenderer should have the capacity of Device Delivery to Palli Sanchay bank Zilla, Upazilla area Branchs.
