INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
a) The minimum years of General Experience of the Tenderer as suppler shall be 03(Three) years. N.B- years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
b) The minimum experience as Supplier in the Supply of Medicine Items 1(one) or 2(two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 3(Three) years with a total value of 80% of quoted amount. N.B- Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line (Unconditional) of the Tenderer shall be minimum of 90% of the quoted amount.
N.B- 1. The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be the past 3(Three) years.
2. Credit line should be submitted as per prescribed format of CPTU without any alternation from any Scheduled Bank.
d) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: See the tender data sheet {ITT21.1(l)}
