| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. General experience of the Tenderer in the supply and assembly/manufacturing of Goods and related services shall be 3 (three) years.
2. Specific experience in supply and assembly/Manufacturing of similar Goods (IT/Electronics) of at least 01(One) contract successfully completed within the last 3 (three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 30,00,000 (Thirty Lakhs only).
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 35,00,000 (Thirty-Five lakh)
