? Established present and previous experience in media monitoring 5 years is desirable.
? The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of One or Multiple contracts of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology (providing program and advertisement logs of TV channels) completed over a period of five (5) years with a total value of at least of Tk 75,00,000 (Seventy Five Lacs) shall be required.
? The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 38,00,000 (Thirty Eight Lacs) over the last five years
? The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s)of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25,00,000 (Twenty Five Lacs)
