INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
• The tenderer shall have a minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in providing similar services to Government/Multinational Companies/ Private entities.
• The tenderer shall have successfully completed at least 03 (Three) Govt. events contracts with value of minimum 01 (One) Crore each within last 03 years.
• It is preferred to have experience in organizing similar national level events involving startups and entrepreneurs within last 03 (Three) years.
• The firm shall have the experience of successfully completing audio visual documentary production, course content development, online session conduct and promotional activities for Govt. Organization within the last 03(Three) years.
• The required average annual turnover of the Firm shall be at least of the amount of BDT 01 (One) Crore over the last 03 (three) years.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT 1,00,00,000 (One crore).
• The firm should have valid up-to date- trade license, income tax certificate, VAT registration, Bank Solvency Certificate, Incorporation Certificate.
• The firm needs to submit audit report of at last 3(Three) consecutive years.
• Successful completion of similar nature of works in last three years must have work order & completion certificates.
• JVCA is not allowed.
