| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• The maximum 2 (two) number of arbitrations against the Tenderer over a period of the last five (5) years.
• The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 7 (Seven) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
• The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2 (two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least USD 3,00,000 (Three Lac )
• The minimum supply of license for 3D Seismic Data Planning, Design & QC is 2 licences with necessary Hardware per year.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is USD 4,00,000 (Four Lac ).
• Tenderers from the countries which do not have diplomatic relationship with Bangladesh are not eligible.
