INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 04 (Four) Years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
(b) The satisfactory completion of the supply of Similar Goods (Chemicals) of minimum of Taka 1,20,00,000/-(One Crore & Twenty Lac) under maximum 02 (Two) Contracts in the last 04 (Four) years which shall be supported by End user Certificate/Work completion Certificate/ Final acceptance certificate etc. from the purchaser in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser duly sealed and signed mentioning Contract Value and Date of Supply against specific experience; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), of the Tenderer shall be Taka 1,20,00,000/-(One Crore & Twenty Lac), on or after the date of publication of Invitation for Tender (IFT) Notice
(d) The successful Tenderer shall have to sign a Framework Contract to supply the Goods & related Services for a period of one (01) year from the Date of Signing of Contract. |
