INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods & related services as supplier shall be 5 (five) years (Years counting backward from the date of IFT).
2. Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply& installation of Auditorium Sound and Stage Light System in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 200.00 (Two hundred) lac in any government/semi government/ autonomous/private organization within last 5 (five) years from the date of IFT.
(Regarding specific work experience, if it is done in any organization other than PWD, the certifying officer shall be a senior level official and that certificate shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of concerned working jurisdiction of PWD)
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 250.00 (Two hundred fifty) lac in the form of a letter of commitment for banks undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PG3-8) without alteration issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days of the deadline for submission of Tender only.
4. Valid Manufacturers authorization Letters for each of the proposed Auditorium Sound system, Stage Light system and LED Panel System (Form e-PG3-6).
5. Assurance certificate for supplying of proposed equipment spare parts for minimum five years from the Manufacturer/authorized Distributor.
6. Valid up to date IRC (Import Registration Certificate).
7. Has visited and examined the delivery and installation site(s) and its surrounding in presence of PE or PEs representative.
8. Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC & Tender data sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
9. VAT shall be deducted from the contractors bill using the current NBR rate.
