1. Valid trade license renewed up to date.
2. TIN certificate and updated proof of submission of return.
3. VAT registration certificate.
4. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter if Tenderer that does not manufacture or produce the Goods
5. Manufacturer’s warranty certificate (Minimum 1 (one) year warranty)
6. ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Certificate (Mandatory).
7. Updated Factory license (if Manufacture).
8. Updated Electrical Accuracy Certificates.
9. Minimum 1 Agriculture Machinery Service Center list with address and phone number in project area.
10. Letter of credit Commitment from the Bank mentioning this project amounting to taka. 2,30,00,000.00/- (BDT Two Crore and Thirty Lakh Taka Only) as per Form e-PG3-8.
11. List of Certified Service Personnel for Machine (At least two certified service personnel)
12. Drawing/image or product brochure.
13. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Agricultural Goods of at least Three (3) contract(s) successfully completed within the last Three (3) years (Max), value of at least Tk. Two Hundred Fifty (250) lacs;
14.Documentary Evidence of at least 5 years overall general experience.
15. Documentary Evidence (i.e completion certificate/s) against the supply of similar Goods as stated in the TDS.
16. Updated IRC certificate must be uploaded (If LC applicable) |
