INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tender is open to all eligible tenderer who has:
a) Up to date valid Trade License.
b) Valid TIN & BIN registration Certificate.
c) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance Certificate (FY 2023-2024 or FY 2024-2025) Obtained from NBR.
d) The minimum of years of General experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods & related service as a supplier shall be 5(five) years [Years counting backward from the date of IFT].
e) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Lift including Fire fighter’s Lift in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 240.00 (Two hundred forty) lac in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous/ Private organization within last 5(five) years from the date of IFT.
[Regarding specific work experience, if it is done in any organization other than PWD, the certifying officer shall be a senior level official and that certificate shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of concerned working jurisdiction of PWD].
f) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 270.00 (Two hundred seventy) lac in the form a letter of commitment for the bank undertaking for the line of credit (Forme-PG3-8) without alteration issued no earlier than twenty-eight (28) days of the deadline for submission of Tender only.
g) Up to date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License obtained from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
h) Valid Manufacturer’s authorization Letter for the proposed brand of Lift (Form e-PG3-6).
i) Valid up to date IRC.
j) Assurance certificate for after sales service from the manufacturer /authorized Distributor.
k) Met all Other require qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender asmentioned inthe ITT, GCC,TDS & Tender documents. |
