INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the applicable law;
2. Tenderer shall have updated Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN), updated Taxpaying certificate, and VAT registration certificate;
3. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years;
4. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of spare parts for metrological/ environmental monitoring systems or CAMS/C-CAMS of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1,30,00,000 (One Crore Thirty lac);
5. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1,70,00,000 (One Crore Seventy lac);
6.Tenderer shall have Other Qualifications as per the Tender Document |
