INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The tenderers should be manufacturer/agent of the foreign manufacturer/supplier/distributor/dealer of the items.
(b) Tenderers shall have a minimum 05 (Five) years of experience in the supply of similar goods and related Equipments in Bangladesh.
(c) The tenderers shall have valid trade license, TIN, VAT & upto date Income Tax Certificates.
(d) Supplier quoted price will be in C&F (Dhaka Airport/Chattogram Sea Port) and L/C will done by purchaser for Package No: GD-01 & 02.
Warranty-Supplier will provide comprehensive warranty with spare parts and labour for at least 12 months from the date of installation, testing and successful commissioning of each items for Package No- GD- 01 & 02.
Tender Security -Package/Item wise 3% of the quoted amounts has to be deposited in the form Demand Draft/Pay order will be required from any local schedule bank in favor of Project Director, Modernization of Medical Equipments up to World Standard of National Heart Foundation of Bangladesh.
