INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) Experience of minimum 03 (three) years in procurement.
b) A satisfactory completion of similar nature work (Air Cooler System) of at least Tk.1,00,00,000.00 in a Single contract within last Five (05) years under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 1,20,00,000.00 (One Crore and Twenty Lakh). Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the specified format.
d) The Tenderer must posses:
(i) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate.
(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate.
(iv) Up-to-date ABC category Contractory and Supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
e) Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC. (Please go thorugh TDS and PCC Clause)
f) Vat shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate. |
