The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents:
(a) Valid and Up-to-Date Income Tax Clearance certificate (from NBR) and Valid and Up-to-Date e-BIN Registration Certificate;
(b) Manufacturer Authorization (or Dealership/Agencyship) Letter in (e-PG3-5) form of Proposed Brand GOODS;
(c) Valid and Up-to-Date ISO-9001 Certificate of the Manufacturer;
(d) Confirmation Certificate of Warranty Period issued by the Manufacturer of Proposed Brand GOODS
(e) Minimum 10 Years of Spare Parts Supplying Assurance Certificate Issued by the Manufacturer.(mentioning the year from the date of commissioning)
(f) After Sales Service Assurance Certificate issued by the Manufacturer/ Tenderer;
(g) Technical proposal issued by the manufacturing company, duly sealed and signed by the bidder, with catalogue/ brochure of proposed items mentioning brand and country of origin.
(h) Valid and Up-to-Date Import Registration Certificate (IRC)
(i) Minimum 12 (Twelve) months Free Service and Maintenance Warranty Declaration Certificate.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least [1] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [3] years, with a value of at least Tk. [90.0 Lacs]. |
