INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and social security contributions under the provisions of laws and regulations of the country of its origin and shall not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Clause 91 of EGB’s Procurement Policy, 2026.
(b) The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be current or during the last five (05) years.
(c) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be five (05) years.
(d) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Air Filter) to minimum capacity of 100 MW Gas Turbine Power Plant of at least 02 (Two) contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least BDT 60 (Sixty) million; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(e) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 70 (Seventy) million.
N.B: Years will count backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
