| Brief Description of Assignment |

The consultancy service will support BRTA in transforming its fragmented, standalone databases into a fully integrated, centralized, and future-ready information system. The Consultant is expected to provide comprehensive technical, institutional, and capacity-building support to ensure that the system is sustainable, interoperable with other government agencies, and aligned with BRSP objectives. The assignment will cover the entire lifecycle of system development, from diagnosis and design through procurement, implementation, rollout and sustainability. 3. The Roads and Highways Department now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Service. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
4. A Consultancy Firm will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS-International) method set out in the World Banks “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, November 2020” and based on the following criteria:
a) Core Business and Years in Business.
b) Relevant Experience: Applicants should demonstrate experience in similar assignments in last ten years.
c) Technical and Organizational Capabilities.
5. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Paragraph 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Banks “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, November 2020”. |
