| Brief Description of Assignment |

The role of the consultant focuses on planning and implementing strategies, programs, and partnerships to strengthen Bangladeshs innovation ecosystem under the Digital Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem Development Project. It includes overseeing innovation activities, relevant training and mentoring support, stakeholder coordination, ecosystem research, startup and university facilitation frameworks, promotional initiatives, support for women entrepreneurs, and other duties assigned by the Project Authority. |

The individual consultant for the assignment should have to meet the following requirements:
Candidates should have at least a Masters degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with government, industry, and academia including strategy, consulting, program management, or related roles. They should have strong experience in digital entrepreneurship, startup or innovation ecosystem support, international innovation programs, and training, mentoring, or facilitating university students, youth, entrepreneurs, and startups. Applicants must also demonstrate strong networking skills within the national innovation ecosystem, sound knowledge of innovation, startup methodologies, early-stage investment, commercialization, leadership, research, and coordination, along with fluency in Bangla and English, excellent ICT skills, and strong administrative and analytical ability.
