| Brief Description of Assignment |

Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding:
•
Soundness of the Bidder's financial position showing through audited annual financial statements for the last five (5) financial years (i.e., 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024). As a minimum, the Bidder s net worth for the last year, calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities, should be positive
Minimum average annual construction turnover of USD20 million calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last five (5) financial years (i.e., 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024);
Financial Resources requirement (as defined in the bid document) must meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of USD 3.0 million. Current contract commitments and latest information on financial resources supported by the latest,audited accounts or audited financial statements, or if not required by the law of the Bidders country, other financial statements acceptable to the Employer, and the Bidders financial capacity, will be assessed on this basis.
Participation in at least one contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last 5 (five) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder's participation under the contract exceeds USD25 million. The similarity of the Bidders participation shall be based on
Design, laying, testing and commissioning of Water Distribution Network at least 3 DMAS
and/or
River Crossing transmission pipeline construction by Micro-tunnelling at least 200m in length

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Construction Experience in Key Activities as specified in 1.4.2 of Section 3: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.
Design, laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning of at least one Water supply system/pipelines, comprising of HDPE/any materials pipeline preferably (100-400mm dia.) network including appurtenant works, horizontal directional drilling, Road cutting/ Restoration works for at least Sixty (60) km, in the last 5 years, in a single contract. Establishing 2 DMAs having Provision of at least Three Thousand and Five Hundred [3500) water Supply, house service connections in the last 5 years, in a single contract. Establishing 2 DMAS by constructing Sixty (60) km of distribution pipelines of various diameters, preferably (100 - 400 mm dia.), with Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of DMA (Water Balance) in the last 5 years, in a single contract.
Drilling and development of at least Five (5) Induced Bank Filtration (IBF) Production tube wells or similar production wells of 200 mm dia, and 200 m depth, over the last 5 years under a single contract for producing 40 MLD of water.
Construction/laying of pipeline beneath riverbed for river crossing using micro-tunnelling of at least 200 m length under a single contract
Operation and maintenance of 10 PTWs, preferably one well field of at least 40 MLD for a minimum period of 1 year over the last 5 years, under a single contract
Specific Experience in Managing Environmental, Health and Safety Aspects as specified in 1.4.3 of Section 3: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.
Specific Experience in Organizational Environmental, Health and Safety System as specified in 1.6 of Section 3: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.
