| Brief Description of Assignment |

Objectives:
1. To reveal the pattern of gender-based violence during COVID-19.
2. To understand the care seeking behaviour of the GBV survivors
3. To identify the barriers to access the mental health care by a GBV survivor particularly resulted from COVID-19
4. To develop a policy recommendation to optimize the access to mental health care during the pandemic aftermath. |

The service provider shall be a Consulting Organization/Institution/Company focused on the field of health care service and system having demonstrated expertise in undertaking research on health care specifically on mental health.
The applicant organization/institution should meet the following criteria:
i. The company/organization/agencies should have the recognized expertise in the field of Mental Health research specially conducting research with vulnerable community children and women.
ii. Must be a registered Company or organization.
iii. Must have Tax Identification Number, Business Identification Number and not declared Bankrupt/Ineligible/Banned by the Court.
Academic background of the members of the team,
iv. Team lead must have proven academic background in mental health or Public health or Social Science with advanced academic qualification of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD, DPhil) or Doctor of Medicine (MD).
v. Team leader should have strong track record of conducting research in mental health and wellbeing of children and women. S/he should have experience and expertise in conducting large scale national and international collaborative studies related to mental health or GBV.
vi. The team leader should have at least 10 publication in peer reviewed indexed international journals. Publication related to mental health, Violence and gender issue will be an advantage.
vii. The research team should have clinical psychologists, Public Health Professionals (MBBS with MPH) and other relevant professionals. The members experience in working with women and vulnerable community and gender issues will be added benefit. |
