| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1) Senior IT Consultant-1, Responsible for design, development and implementation of one stop shop portal for SOEs and SOE related module of iBAS++, relevant interfaces with other GoB systems, update existing database system and other software modules required for establishment of a Management Information System for SOEs. | 2) IT Consultant (Programmer)-1, Responsible for development of Front end (dotnet) and back end (Oracle) programming and implementation of SOE related module in iBAS++, relevant interfaces with other GoB systems, update existing database system and other software modules required for establishment of a Management Information System for SOEs. | 3) Consultant: Research Analysts – SOEs’ Independent Performance Evaluation, SOE Grants and Turnaround Strategy-1, Support for the independent evaluation of SOEs performance, SOE Grants and Turnaround Strategy. | 4) Consultant: Research Analysts – SOEs’ Debt and Contingent Liabilities-1, Support for the analysis of SOEs’ debt and contingent liabilities and the preparation of the Statement of SOEs’ Debt and Contingent Liabilities to be presented to policymakers. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
1) Senior IT Consultant-1; Graduation in any discipline, preferably in Engineering or CSE/CIS/CS/EEE, Minimum 15 years’ experience in IT field. Experience in developing and implementing IT systems for government organization, will be preferred; 2) IT Consultant (Programmer)-1; Graduation in any discipline, preferably in Engineering or CSE/CIS/CS/EEE, Minimum 10 years’ experience in software development, experience with government financial management system will be given preference; 3) Consultant: Research Analysts – SOEs’ Independent Performance Evaluation, SOE Grants and Turnaround Strategy-1; Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant/ Cost & Management Accountant)/ Masters in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Public Administration/ Management/ Financial Management/ Business Administration or any other relevant discipline. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in general, non-profit, or government organization. Experience of working in SOEs will be preferred; 4) Consultant: Research Analysts – SOEs’ Debt and Contingent Liabilities-1; Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant/ Cost & Management Accountant)/ Masters in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Public Administration/ Management/ Financial Management/ Business Administration or any other relevant discipline; Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in government organization /SOE/ large private company management. Working experience in debt and contingent liabilities will be preferred. |
