(1) Collecting fixed asset data from different offices/installations(Owned,leased,rented and collected at different government offices) located through out the country(up to 1220 Union). (2) Tagging of assets according to standard/BTCL guidelines. (3) Conducting impairment Test of Assets. (4) Updating Land Records(5) Determining residential/Present market value of assets. (6) Performing revaluation of fixed assets in a professional manner and in accordance with asset revaluation rules and regulations of concerned government authorities.
