INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The overall objectives of the service will cover but not limited to the following scopes:
a)preparation of architectural plan, architectural, structural, foundational and MEP (mechanical, electrical & plumbing) design with detail analysis, drawings (floor plan, all elevation, sections, perspective views) and cost estimate with detail analysis through following PWD rate schedule-2018 of the proposed godown (4 types capacity: 10000MT, 15000MT, 20000MT & 25000MT), 4 storied building for office cum bachelor’s accommodation , ansar barrack & watch tower for each 34 nos site separately for the project of Construction of 34nos. Fertilizer Buffer Godown. More information will be provided in RFP schedule.
b) Intending consulting firm will be selected and identified following short listing process as per PPR-2008 & subsequent amendment. The selected firm(s) after short listing has to submit the RFP.
c)Spirit and concept of supplied design basis drawings should be reflected in the design-drawings.
d)Architectural and other relevant drawing should consider all fire fighting systems, fire evacuation, landscaping, building safety, national and international building code and relevant other building services.
e) Preparation of Tender Documents for construction of above mentioned 34 nos godown.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Interested national consulting firms who have minimum 20(twenty) years of general experience in the related field should have the followings qualifications and experience.
a) The consultancy firm shall have experience as prime consultant for at least 04(four) numbers of steel structure related consultancy works, fully completed, where at least 2(two) numbers shall be under government/ semi-government /corporation/ autonomous organization inside the country.
b)The required average annual consultancy related turnover shall be minimum Tk2,0000,000/- (Two crore) over the last 3(Three ) years.
c) Up to date Trade License, income tax clearance, VAT registration Certificate to be submitted .

The EOI must include the following:
a) Company profile and individuals director’s/owner’s profile.
b) Latest auditor’s report on financial statement (In case of a joint venture, Each party’s auditor’s report needs to be submitted.
c) Bank solvency certificate.
d) Updated VAT, Trade Licence & Tax Identification Number(TIN) Certificate..
e) Profile of the team of consultants.
f) Proof of similar job Experience.
g) Declarations of company’s annual turnover and overall financial strength including current on-going project and future committed project.a) Intending consulting firm will be selected and identified following short-listing process as per PPR-2008. RFP (Request for Proposal) will be issued to the short-listed firms from the office of the undersigned;
b) The 3(Three) sets of EOI (1 original=2 copy) with supporting documents must be delivered at or before schedule time, date & address in sealed envelope marked.
