| Brief Description of Assignment |

The purpose of the consultancy services is to conduct:
(A) Two Commercial Building at Kurigram Sadar & Rowmari Upazila and One Shishu Park at Kurigram Sadar
(i) Design review following BNBC, ACI, IBC Code by conducting conformity sub-soil investigation and proper load analysis, preparation of cost estimate & BoQ, Tender Documents; preparation of mechanical, electrical, Plambing, Internet, CC Camera & civil works estimate for different events of Shishu Park, BoQ and Tender Documents
(B) Four Commercial Buildings at different Upazilas
(ii) Techno-economic Feasibility Study and EIA following ECR of DoE, 1997.
(iii) Preparation of Architectural Plan including landscaping, structural design/drawing following BNBC, ACI, IBC Code; Conducting sub-soil investigation and digital topographical survey, preparation of estimate , BOQ & Tender Documents. |

Experience
The firm must have similar experience in designing and supervision of 3 (Three) numbers of similar structures under different Govt. agencies or NGOs in Bangladesh (documentary evidence must be submitted with the proposal).
The EOIs would be evaluated on the basis of the following information:
a) Legal Documents of the Firm (Trade license, IT, VAT etc.)
b) Age of firm (Years in relevant business)
c) Availability of key professionals to perform the assignment
d) Turnover of the Firm for last 5 years
e) Experience of the firm in similar tasks/assignments (Completed during last 5 years)
f) Experience of the firm in other works (Completed during last 10 years)
g) Support Services (Office Space, Support Staff, Logistics, Equipment) |

a) Consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the PPR-2008.
