| Brief Description of Assignment |

Design, develop, and operationalization including testing and commissioning of an ICT-based Management Information System (MIS) with full functionality for SACP Project with the specific capability to collect data, manage, track, and generate interactive & informative reports on real time basis. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
-The firm should have minimum experience of successfully designed, developed and operationalized 2 (two) integrated MIS with full functionality during last 5 (five) financial years. The scope of similar projects of comparable magnitude and complexity includes Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) and/or Decision Support Systems for the governments/Autonomous organizations/donor agencies/UN Organizations/ international NGOs in Bangladesh and other developing countries. Experience of implementing ICT based similar agriculture projects will be given preference.
-Minimum specific experience of satisfactory development, operationalization with full functionality, and maintenance of similar MIS software is of minimum BDT 50 lakhs under a single contract in the last 05 (five) years for governments, donor agencies, UN Organizations and International NGOs in Bangladesh and other developing countries.
- Length of experience of the consulting firm in the field of reference; Must have valid and up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate, income tax certificate, bank solvency certificate and audited financial reports for last three fiscal years.
The Minimum amount of liquid asset i. e. working capital or credit lines, net of other contractual commitments is taka 65,00,000.00 (Taka Sixty five lac) only. |
