| Brief Description of Assignment |

The consulting services comprises the following components:
1. Organize and manage online certification training from an internationally renowned training agency/ Educational Institution/Organization comprising3 (three) modules- a) Steel Arch Bridge Construction & Maintenance b) Structural Health Monitoring Systems c) Replacement of Expansion Joints and Bearings.
Practical demonstrations/exercises/ case studies need to be utilized throughout the course to provide examples of practical applications.
2. Organize and manage Field/Site visits, trainings, study tours, workshops, and seminars inside Bangladesh. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Eligible consulting/training firms are invited to indicate their interest with appropriate documents. The firm(s) should preferably-
a) be ISO (9001-2015) Certified b) have at least five years of professional experience in managing trainings/ study tours/ exploration visits in home and overseas c) have completed at least one training in last one year (under Covid-19 pandemic situation).
In addition the EOI should include :
a. The firm’s registration certificate;
b. Company profile: including management, personnel, firm’s specialty, performance;
c. List of completed services (similar assignment) in last 5 years. In the list following information should be provided: Client’s name, nature of services, contract amount, man-months the firm extended, duration of the service with commencement and completion date;
d. Summary of permanent professional employees with key qualifications;
e. History of litigation in courts or any arbitration proceedings (if any). |

Consultant(s) will be selected under Consultants Qualification Selection Method (CQS) in accordance with the procedures set out in the Procurement Instructions for Recipients of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, which can be accessed at the AIIB external website (http://www.aiib.org).Terms of References (TOR) for the service can be downloaded from RHD website (www.rhdgov.bd) or can be collected from the Project Office during office hours. Interested applicants may obtain further information by applying to the undersigned.
With all supporting documents, the EOI must be delivered to the address below by 12.00 P.M on 07 April 2021in sealed envelopes marked with “Consultancy Services for Capacity Development of RHD Officials” to the signatory address.
The Client will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Firm (s) in connection with the preparation or delivery of the EOI.
The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal without assigning any reason. |
