Qualification Criteria:
a) General: The firm is expected to have organizational strengths having a well set of functional personnel to implement the assigned work in all area across the country at a time.
b) Experience: The firm have at least 10 years of experience in relevant filed.
Scope of Services: Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
a) The firm will be responsible to paste/hang/stick a specific number of posters in each area (number of posters for each area will be decided by project authority).
b) The firm will be responsible to distribute leaflet, brochure in most visible places at division/ district/upazila/union/village/mahalla level where mass people gather. The number of leaflet, brochure for each area will be decided by project authority.
c) The firm will be responsible to paste/hang/stick posters in tool collecting places in highways/flyovers/billboard at division/ district/upazila/union/village/mahalla level so that more people could know about the Population and Housing Census 2021. The number of posters for each area will be decided by project authority.
d) The firm will be responsible to distribute leaflet, brochure in tool collecting places in highways/flyovers/billboard at division/ district/upazila/union/village/mahalla level so that more people could know about the Population and Housing Census 2021. The number of leaflet, brochure for each area will be decided by project authority.
e) The firm will be responsible to distribute leaflet/brochure in railway station premises, bus stand premises, local bazaar, educational and religious institutions at division/district/upazila/ union/village/mahalla level. The number of leaflet, brochure for each area will be decided by project authority.
f) The firm will be responsible to paste poster and sticker in public transports such as Bus, Truck, CNG, Auto rickshaw and Steamer/ship at division/ district/ upazila/ union/ village/ mahalla level. The number of poster and sticker for each area will be decided by project authority.
g) Moreover, the firm will be responsible to complete any other activities within assignment as per Project requirement. |

Remuneration: A contract will be signed for 02 months with the selected candidate as per PPA 2006 and PPR 2008. Remuneration will be paid in local currency (BDT).
Duration of the Contract: Tenure of employment will be initially for 02 (Two) months or till the end of June, 2024, which one ends earlier. The duration may be extended subject to the approval of the competent authority. |
