| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
• Must have an ISP network in the intended LOT's geographic area with a minimum of 1000 users.
• Must have at least three staff with professional certifications.
• Must be connected to at least two (2) IIG.
• Must be connected to NIX.
• Must be connected to NTTN.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

• Must have ISP license from BTRC, and the license must have coverage area of indicated LOT.
• The ISP must be a member of ISPAB (Internet Service Providers Association of Bangladesh).
• The ISP must have at least 100 staffs for each district.
• Update Trade License.
• VAT registration certificate.
• E-TIN with the updated tax clearance certificate.
• The Tenderer must have minimum 3 years of general experience in the ISP business.
• Last 3 years of audit reports.
• The Tenderer's required minimum average annual turnover is as described below in section d). The minimum amount is the best for three of the last five (5) years.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets, i.e., the Tenderer's credit line(s), shall be as described below in section d).
• In the case of a Joint Venture, the aggregate annual turnover and liquid assets of partners will be acceptable.
