| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
a. Review of existing project documentation including previous feasibility studies, preliminary design drawings, etc.;
b. Development of Updated Feasibility Studies for 25 ULBs considering i) actual land nominated by each ULB, ii) field survey results, iii) institutional and financial management capacity assessment of each ULB, and iv) most appropriate sanitation service delivery model for each ULB;
c. As part of the Updated Feasibility Study, i) update the project ESMPF depending on the results of the updated FS, ii) prepare environmental and social safeguards instruments for each ULB site in compliance to AIIB Safeguard Policies;
d. Prepare Detailed Engineering Designs and Cost Estimates for the 25 ULBs;
e. Support DPHE in preparing the procurement packages considering its geographic proximities with other ULBs with realistic estimate;
f. Support DPHE in preparing Tender Documents for contracts of 25 ULBs compliant to AIIB procurement policies;
g. Support DPHE in the Tendering of the contracts for the first 5 ULBs, which includes addressing to tender queries and inputting to the technical evaluation;
h. Prepare the draft Project Implementation Manual. |

a) Firm's history,specially age of the firm/year of registration/incorporation
General Experience on detailed design including enhancement of feasibility
b) study, GIS data collection and gathering (experience beyond 5years will not be considered)
Managerial and organizational Capacity which (Includes design including enhancement of feasibility study, GIS data collection and gathering) to handle such assignment, Availability of appropriate skills among staff, financial health of the firm, Availability of other resources. |
