The Services include but not limited to.( For 05 Different plots at Gulshan )
•Detailed Digital Survey and Soil test.
•Feasibility Study.
•Preliminary Architectural design and drawing.
•Detailed Architectural design and drawing (i.e.-Plan, section, elevation).
•Detailed Structural Design and drawing required for Construction work.
•Detailed Design for Landscaping and Arboriculture.
•Detailed design and drawing for environment friendly building with Rain water harvesting system.
•Providing 3D model and Perspective view.
•Detailed Plumbing & Sanitary Design, Electrical & Electro-mechanical design.
• Preparation of BOQ and Tender Documents and DPP.
• Full time construction supervision. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

• Local Firms, who have min 10 years' experience of Detailed Architectural Detailed structural, Plumbing & sanitary, electrical, electro-mechanical, firefighting system and others ancillary design of 05 nos of Multistoried buildings (Minimum 3 nos. of 10 storied building each having a total built-up area not less than 50,000 sft) in govt / autonomous /semi-autonomous organization.
• Consulting firm having experience of Building Design in Gulshan/ Banani/ Baridhara area will get priority in evaluations.
• Brochure summarizing their facilities, areas of the expertise general information including legal documents (Company registration, TIN Certificate, Financial Statement (2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023), Income Tax Certificate etc.)
• Description of similar assignments.
• List of similar nature of services ongoing.
• Availability of appropriate and relevant experienced and professional qualified Personnel and staffs.
• Availability of resources to carry out the assignment.
• Administrative strength, Logistics (office space, list of equipment, transports etc.) and financial capability. |

1. A consulting firm will be selected in accordance with public procurement rules 2008.
2. The shortlist may comprise of minimum 4 (four) to maximum 7 (seven) firms, who will be requested to submit detail technical & Financial proposal later on.
3. Consultants may associate with other consultants (not more than Two) to enhance their qualifications
4.
