Senior Consultant (Database Designing) Package : MOPA/GEMS-SR-011: Work closely with the PD /Team Leader; Writing programming code and database designing for GEMS database.
Consultant (ICT Networking Specialist) Package : MOPA/GEMS-SR-014: Work closely with the PD /Team Leader; Design, establishment and implementation of GEMS Network.
Junior Consultant (Software /Apps Developer) Package : MOPA/GEMS-SR-017: Work closely with the Senior Consultant/ Team Leader Coding and implementing of GEMS
Junior Consultant (Front-end) Package : MOPA/GEMS-SR-018: Work closely with the Senior Consultant (Front-end)/ Team Leader Coding and implementing of GEMS

Senior Consultant (Database Designing) Package : MOPA/GEMS-SR-011: (No of Service-1): Minimum Qualification: Masters in Computer Science and Engineering / Software Engineering, preferably in post-graduation or higher degree in the related subjects.
Minimum General Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT field, Minimum 2 years’ experience in Government System Management, Must have DBA Certification from Oracle Must have knowledge in apache Cassandra and Elastic Search designing micro service application architecture using spring boot, Experience in developing and implementing IT systems for government organization; and as per ToR.
Consultant (ICT Networking Specialist) Package : MOPA/GEMS-SR-014: (No of Service-1): Minimum Qualification: Graduation in Computer Science / Computer Science and Engineering / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering / Information and Communication Technology.
Minimum General Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in IT Infrastructure manages,
Minimum 2 years experience government projects infrastructure,
Preferred Server and Infrastructure Professional Training and Certification,
Preferred Vendor Certification of renowned network equipment manufacturer, Must have knowledge DevOps tools Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Grafana, nginx, Kong ingress, Git, Nagios, SonarQube, Harbor, ArgoCD, Elasticsearch and as per ToR.
Junior Consultant (Software /Apps Developer) Package : MOPA/GEMS-SR-017: (No of Service-2):
Qualification: Graduation in Computer Science and Engineering/ Software Engineering
Minimum General Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in software development,
Minimum 2 years experience in Working with JAVA, Spring Boot, Micro services, Apache, Kafka, Web socket, Git and Docker, Flutter Technologies, 1 Year working experience in government software Development Systems, and as per ToR.
Junior Consultant (Front-end) Package : MOPA/GEMS-SR-018: ( No of Service- 2):
Qualification: Graduation in Computer Science and Engineering/Software Engineering.
Minimum General Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Software Development with 2 years of solid experience in React framework. Minimum 1 year experience in working with Government Software Systems. 2 years of solid experience in Micro Frontend technology. Experience in socket programming is must. Strong proficiency on react core principles and workflows (Flux or Redux, Context API). Experience building custom Java script library for react application and as per ToR.
Junior IT consultant (Support Engineer) Package : MOPA/GEMS-SR-019::( No of Service-1):
Qualification: Graduation in Computer Science and Engineering / Software Engineering
Minimum General Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in providing user software support,
Minimum 1 years experience in software development, Minimum 1 year Experience in figma design for UI/UX is preferable. and as per ToR. (Man Month-12) |
