| Brief Description of Assignment |

1. Community Mobilization for Sustainable ECA Management in all the Unions and Villages of Tanguar Haor through VCG, Supervision of AIG Activities, Provide Training on AIG and Development of Community-based Biodiversity Register in Tanguar Haor.
2. Establish of web enabled database system on the biodiversity of Tanguar Haor
3. Prepare a comprehensive database recording people’s traditional knowledge and insight of the status, uses, history, ongoing changes and forces driving these changes on the biological diversity resources of Tanguar Haor

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. The firm should have at least 15 years of experience in handling and delivering similar kinds of assignments on wetlands management, AIG activities, community mobilization, and having experts in the identification of species of wetland biological diversity.
2. The firm should have the full-time experts on Wetlands Management/ Water Resources Management, Livelihood Development, Community Mobilization/Engagement, Community Training to implement AIG activities and capacity development, Taxonomist on Botanical and Zoological Specimen with a Team Leader of Proven ability having extensive experiences on leading the teams for similar assignments, including wetlands and ECAs, PAs, natural resources or wetland management through community engagement.
3. Good track record for undertaking similar assignments in Bangladesh.
4. Completion of at least 3 similar contracts. |
