As per ITT Clause no. 5 and TDS.
A Pre-Tender meeting shall be held only on line (e-gp system)
-Evidence of Similar work shall be considered by work completion certificate only, not certificate of ongoing work or payment certificate.
-Evidence of construction turnover shall be considered by yearly payment certificates only, not work completion certificates.
-Evidence of liquid asset shall be considered by computer generated bank statement of current account or Letter of commitment authenticated by any scheduled bank in the form PW3-7 only (Sample copy is attached in Section-7: General Specification).
- Credit facilities: authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract. Failure to provide credit sanction letter and bank statement of the credit account will be considered as the reason of rejection of the tender.
-To calculate Tender Capacity the tenderer have to submit his/her ongoing/running work information duly signed by the tenderer with date in the prescribed form (Sample copy is attached in Section-7: General Specification as Form-6).
- Working capital authenticated by audit reports for the fiscal year 2018-19. |
