INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 10 (Ten) years.
(b)The minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of minimum 1(one) basement + 6 (Six) storied R.C.C. building construction including civil, internal sanitary and internal electrification works of BDT 100.00 (One hundred) Crore in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 110 (One Hundred and ten) crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 25 (Twenty Five) crore in the form PW3-7 (Failing to submit in form PW3-7 will make the tenderer non-responsive).
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 130 (One Hundred and Thirty) crore.To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must be submitted list of on-going works under any public sector and existing commitment must be mentioned.
(f) Tenderer's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost, shall be rejected.
(g) Tenderers must have 3 (three) full sets of steel shutter with props/scaffolding and at least 1(one) no. of concrete batching plant at site.
(h) Others required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender documents. |
