| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) Any Bangladeshi Firm/Company having experience of supplying Office Staff in any/Government Organization/Government Project/Consultant’s organization of the foreign aided project. Must comply with other eligibility/qualification as detailed in the Tender Document.
b) Must have experience of complete/ongoing service of at least of Taka 90.00 Lac in a Single Contract in the last 5 (Five) years.
c) Shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the applicable Law of Bangladesh.
d) Must have enrolled with relevant professional/trade organizations registered in Bangladesh.
e) Must have fulfilled its obligations under the Tax law and provision of Bangladesh. |
