INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.
(b)The minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of minimum 2 (Two) storied of R.C.C. Frame Structure building construction with minimum 4 (Four) storied foundation including civil, sanitary and internal electrification works of Tk. 2.25 (Two point Two-five) Crore in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk.13.00 (Thirteen) crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of credit facilities of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 2.50 (Two Point Five Zero) crore in the form PW3a-7 (Failing to submit in form PW2a-3 will make the tenderer non-responsive).
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 2.50 (Two Point Five Zero) crore.
(f) Tenderer's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost, shall be rejected.
(g) Joint Venture, Consortium or Association (JVCA) is not allowed as per direction of Police Head Quarters vide memo no: Estate & Revenue/Bibidh/02-2013/185 Dated: 19/02/2019.
