INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i) Over all Business experience at Least 10(Ten) years in Civil works.
ii) Satisfactorily completed similar nature of works worth not less than Taka 110.00 (One Hundred Ten) lakh in two contracts, in any Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during the last 5(five) years. The Tenderers shall have to furnish certificates in this respect from officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent.
iii) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover in the last 05(five) years preceding the date of submission of the Tender shall not be less than Taka 150.00 (one hundred fifty) lakh only.
iv) Minimum liquid assets/credit facilities shall be Taka 55.00 (Fifty Five) lakh only. In case of credit facilities Bank shall ensure that the above mentioned credit limit will be given if the said work is awarded to the contractor.
v) Tenderers shall have to fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet & other Terms and Conditions of the Tender Documents. |

The work consists of repairing plaster and applying weather coat on seven buildings of staff quarter, repairing sunshade, replacing CI pipe of buildings with uPVC pipe, repairing plaster and applying weather coat on Boundary Wall of staff quarter, renewing bituminous road, repairing roof of two buildings, repairing apron and drain, renovation work of toilet block of mosque etc.
