INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer :

a)The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 10 (Ten) years. b) Having minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of minimum 06 (Six) storied Building with minimum 06 Storied Foundation of R.C.C. building construction including civil, internal sanitary and internal electrification works of BDT 700.00 (Seven Hundred) lakh in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 1800.00 (One Thousand and Eight Hundred) lakh. d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred) lakh. e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 900.00 (Nine Hundred) lakh. .To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must be submitted list of on-going works under any public sector and existing commitment must be mentioned. f) Tenderer must submit documents of having 3 set steel Shutter for the construction works. g)The tenderer must follow the pro-rata progress as stated in PCC. h) The tenderer must posses i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. iii) Up-to-date trade license. iv)Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisorylicense from Electricity Licensing Board. i) Details of notice and other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender documents
