INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a)The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) Having minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of minimum 01 (One) storied R.C.C. building construction including civil, internal sanitary and internal electrification works of BDT 110.00 (One Hundred & Ten) lakh in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 250.00 (Two Hundred & Fifty) lakh.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) lakh. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per Form PW2a-3 uploaded in CPTU website must be submitted for this purpose.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 140.00 (One Hundred &Fourty) lakh. The Tenderer must be submitted list of on-going works under any public sector and existing commitment must be mentioned.
f) The tenderer must posses
i) Up-to-date income tax clearancecertificate.
ii) Valid VAT registrationcertificate.
iii) Up-to-date tradelicense.
iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government ofBangladesh.
v) Attested copy of documents mentioned in sl. No. i, ii, iii &iv are to be submitted. |
