INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction
works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(five)
years.
2. The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor/Subcontractor/Management
Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number 10 (ten) storied RCC
Building or vertical extension above 4th floor for minimum 5 nos of floors including civil,
sanitary and electrification works in a single contract amounting to minimum Tk. 28.00
(twenty eight) crore in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Organization of Bangladesh during
last 05(Five) years. The work certificate for successful completion of building construction
works shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of
concerned Department/Organization.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 35.00 (thirty
five) crore over the last [05] years. Total certified payments received for contracts in
progress/completed contracts under public sector during last 05 (five) years from the date
of publishing of tender notice must be submitted along with the tender. Only payment
certificates will be considered for calculating average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer
shall be Tk.12.00 (twelve) crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed form for line of
credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW3-7 of tender and contract forms.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be 30.00 (thirty) crore.
6. The tenderer must possess up-to-date certificate of Income Tax return, TIN, VAT, Trade
License, ABC License. |
