ITT 15.1(a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (Five years).
Note 01: Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal
Note 02: The start date of the earliest construction works completed satisfactorily under public sector will be considered for calculating the period of general experience. Tenderer shall attach relevant certificate issued by concerned PE.
ITT 15.1(b)
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, each with a value of at least BDT.80,000,000.00 (Eight Crore only).
ITT 16.1(a)
The required average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than BDT. 153,000,000.00 (Fifteen Crore Thirty Lac only) over the last 05 (Five) years.
Note 02: Payment received certificates for Construction works, issued by relevant PEs will be considered as construction turnover.
ITT 16.1(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be BDT. 72,000,000.00(Seven Crore Twenty Lac only).
Note: Tenderer shall submit the liquid asset in one or combination of more than one of the following four options. Please also note that in case of Joint Venture, Lead & Individual partners must submit liquid asset individually. |
