INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum Ten (10) years of general
experience in construction works.
b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one)
number of RCC Building Construction work including civil, sanitary and electrification with
RCC pile foundation of Tk 700 (Seven Hundred) lakh in a single contract in Government/
Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. In
case of the work done other than PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be
the concerned Executive Engineer, PWD, of that division.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5
(five) financial years of Tk.2000.00 (Two Thousand) lakh. Only Payment certificates for
contracts in progress or completed under public sector to be submitted along with tender
for calculation of average annual construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer
shall be Tk. 500.00 (Five hundred) lakh in the prescribed form (PW3-7) The cash credit
Amount must be un-Consumed/unutilized.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 800.00 (Eight Hundred) lakh. To calculate
minimum tender capacity the tenderer must submit list of contract agreement, up to date
payment certificates for on-going and completed contract under any public sectors for the
year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years.
f) The tenderer must possess Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT
registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license, Up-to-date ABC license.
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet
(TDS) of tender documents.
h) The pro-rata progress must be maintained as per Tender Documents. |
