INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor (lead partner in case of JV) in construction works is as follows:
1) At least 01 (one) no. of contract for construction or Upgradation of 33kV or Higher Voltage electric power line Connecting Between Grid Substation to 33/11 KV Distribution Substation/33KV Switching Station for Power Evacuation. The contract having capacity regarding engineering, supplying of required Materials/Goods, erection, installation, testing and commissioning on TurnKey Basis with a minimum value of BDT 1.05 Crore within last 05 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper and the 33kV or Higher Voltage electric line under this contract shall be in continuous operation for minimum 01 (one) year.
2) In support of experience as mentioned is Serial no. 1 Tenderer shall submit Satisfactory Performance Certificate(s) from the end user's letter head pad. The Certificate(s) shall mention the name & commissioning date of 33kv line or Higher Voltage which were designed, supplied constructed, tested and commissioned by Tenderer (lead partner in case of JV) and shall contain end-user's full mailing address, e-mail address, website address, fax number and phone number for the convenience of authentication.
3) Other qualification criteria are mentioned in TDS & Tender document. |

b) Corrigendum/Addendum of Tender Document (TDS, PCC, GCC)
(1) In the case of supplying foreign materials of different items such as BREB item No: C,N,E & I etc PSI will be waived due to COVID-19 pandemic situation. and those material will be accepted through PLI. In the case of supplying material from Bangladeshi manufacturer, both PSI & PLI will be applicable
(2) In the case of supplying material from local Trade agency: Tenderer shall submit authorization letter from foreign manufacture to local trade agency & signing contract copy between foreign manufacture and local trade agency which shall be valid upto 06( Six) month .from the tender submission date.
(3) If it is not possible to submit the Type Test Report of X-8 , X-9 & X-10 with the Tender (offer) it shall be submitted to PE before supplying of material i.e. before PLI ( Post Landing Inspection)
