INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
b) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk. 90.00 (Ninety) Lakh only yin a single work order in Govt. / Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. Tk 160.00 (One Hundered Sixty ) Lakh only during the last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or works capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk 70.00 (Seventy) Lakh only supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work .If tenderers submit liquid asset document,he must be declared a statement over through bank that tenderer will expends that liquid asset for the execution of that particuler work (Name of work).Otherwise the bank will be liable. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified Form PW 3-7(CPTU STD PW2A-3) . Failing to submit in PW 2A-3 will make the tender non-responsive.Document submitted in the form along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
e) The experience certificate for successful completion of work shall have to be enclosed
01. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
02. In case of the work done under any Government/ SemiGovernment/Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
f)The tenderer must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License etc
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the tender datasheet of tender documents. (time will be counted for experience, turnover, etc., backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
h) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 95.00 (Ninty five) Lakh Only.(i) The successful tenderer shall submit the prework of the site and postwork as stated in section 8 after the completing the works before the final bill of the said works
Special Instructions:
A) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below of the official cost estimate for the works, the tender will be rejected.
(B)In case of tie for the evaluated price, the tenderer shall be selected based on the “Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects” to be used in assessing the Tenderer’s quality mentioned in ITT clause 40.1,40.2,40.3,40.4,40.5 . So all tenderers are requested to submit the related documents mentioned in ITT clause 40.1,40.2,40.3,40.4,40.5
(C)JVCA is not allowed in this tender. |
