INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) Litigation History: The maximum number of arbitration awards against the Tenderer over a period shall be as specified in the TDS.
(b) Overall Experience: The Tenderer shall have a minimum of ten (10) years [counting backward from the date of Tender closing] of overall experience in the role of EPC Contractor in the field of oil and gas sector.
(c) Specific Experience: The minimum specific experience as an EPC Contractor in Silicagel/ Molecular Sieve Dehydration type Natural Gas Process Plant of 1X45 MMSCFD capacity in at least a number of one (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed on turnkey basis within the last seven (7) years [counting backward from the date of Tender closing], with a value of at least USD 8 Million.
(d) Financial Criteria: The required average annual turnover shall be greater than USD Six (6) Million within the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be USD Six (6) Million.
Submission of audited balance sheets or other financial statements acceptable to the purchaser shall be submitted by the tenderer to demonstrate the current soundness of the tenderer’s financial position and its prospective long-term profitability.
(e) Joint Venture: Maximum number of partners in the JV shall be three (3).
The minimum qualification requirements of Leading Partner, other Partner(s) and requirements by summation of a JV shall be as follows:
