| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5.0 (Five) years considered from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One)contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5.0 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 2,00,00,000.00(Two Crore Taka only). The work certificate evidence for successful completion of a work shall have to be issued by the Government/ Semi Government /Autonomous Organisation.
3. The required documentary evidence is average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.4,0,00,000.00 (FourCrore only) over the last 5 (five) years.
4. the required documentary evidence is average minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh of the Civil Construction and Plumbing Work (CivilWork) is tk. Tk. 80,00,000.00 (Eighty LacTaka only) of last 5.0 (five) years. |
