• The minimum number of years of general experience of the Service Provider in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/ Management Contractor shall be seven (7) years.
• The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least One (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of last ten (10) years, contract value of 11,50,00,000.00 (Eleven Crore and Fifty lac) taka under a single or multiple number of contracts. Also satisfactory completion of providing manpower of minimum 200 person/ employee required in a single contact shall be in last ten(10) years to any Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous body/ IOC.
• Contract/work order for providing manpower supply service to any Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous body/ IOC will be treated as similar nature.
• 120 Curriculum Vitae of key personnel (11 CV of Junior Geophysicist, 24 CV of Surveyor,09 CV of Seismic Drilling Supervisor, 5 CV of Explosive loading Supervisor, 4 CV of Drilling Workshop Senior Mechanic, 3 CV of Magazine Supervisor, 16 CV of Recording Supervisor, 5 CV of Recording shooter, 6 CV of Recording Lab Assistant, 4 CV of Recording & Logging System Operator, 3 CV of Junior Accounts Officer, 10 CV of Admin & Store Assistant, 4 CV of Paramedic & HSE, 10 CV of Public Relation Officer, 2 CV of Head Electrician, 2 CV of Vehicle Supervisor and 2 CV of Base Camp Head Cook) engaged in Seismic Survey need to submit.
• Service Providers shall have License as a manpower supplier issued from the Department of Inspection for Factories & Establishments under the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
• Service Providers shall have Trade License on Out-sourcing Manpower Supply.
• Service Providers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
• Service Providers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organization’s registered in Bangladesh.
• Service Providers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
