INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• The minimum number of years of general experience of the Service Provider in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/ Management Contractor shall be five (5) years.
• The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing Manpower Supply Service of at least ONE contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of last Five (5) years with a value of at least of Tk. 5,90,00,000.00 (Five crore Ninety Lakh) shall be required.
• Contract/Work order for providing manpower supply service to any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/IOC will be treated as similar nature.
• 142 Curriculum Vitae of proposed manpower (8 CV for Store Assistant, 1 CV for C & F Inspector, 2 CV for Shipping Assistant, 2 CV for Crane operator, 1 CV for Imam, 13 CV for Computer Operator, 2 CV for Tape Cleaner, 1 CV for Draftsman, 1 CV for System Network Technician, 2 CV for Mechanic , 34 CV for Helper (Cementing, DST/Electric/Fitter/Mechanic/Testing), 2 CV for Technician/Operator (PA System/Telephone Operator/Intercom), 1 CV for Foreman (AC/Elect), 3 CV for Gardener/Mali), 5 CV for HVO/Senior Driver, 19 CV for Driver, 1 CV for Foreman/Foreman (Mechanic), 2 CV for Surveyor,31 CV for Office Support Staff, 3CV for Chainman, 1CV for Dresser, 1 CV for Dispatch Clark, 1 CV for Photocopy Operator, 5 CV for Cleaner/Sweeper/Ayah) need to submit (Working experience of BAPEX will get preference).
• The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall have at least of the amount of Tk. 2,95,00,000.00 (Two Crore Ninety-Five Lakh) over the last three years.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s)of the Tenderer shall have Tk.1,96,00,000.00 (One Crore Ninety-Six Lakh).
• Service Providers shall have License as a manpower supplier issued from the Department of Inspection for Factories & Establishments under the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
• Service Providers shall have Trade License on Out-sourcing Manpower Supply.
• Service Providers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
• Service Providers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organisations registered in Bangladesh.
• Service Providers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
